This is an email that the Dallas Alumni Chapter sent out on Sunday.
COME ON OUT AND HEAR THOSE FIRST 4 NOTES !!
THE GOLDEN BAND FROM TIGERLAND!
PRE COWBOYS CLASSIC REHERSAL
OPEN TO ALL LSU FANS
The LSU Tiger Band will be rehearsing this coming Saturday, August 31st from 8:00 until 11:00 am at the Birdville High School Fine Arts & Athletic Center in North Richland Hills (corner of Precinct Line Road & Mid-Cities Blvd.). What a great way to get an early start on the day's Frog Feast. Can't make the game, come on out anyway to get your dose of goose bumps when they break out the pre-game music.
The practice is open to the public and especially to Tiger Alumni. Several local high school graduates are in the band and would love to get a chance to perform in front of a "home town" crowd. Hope to see you there !!

Line up in the lot across from Walmart that's where they got off the buses for the Oregon game.

I have no idea about the layout of the stadium and the surrounding area. I guess you're saying that there is a Walmart very close by, and the band unloaded there and started their march to the stadium from the Walmart parking lot? Anybody know what time they may be heading into the stadium? For an 8:00 game, I'm going to assume that they will play outside of the stadium at sometime around 6:15ish.
