Was there anywhere we could've watched the trophy presentation after the game?

It was also the nations #1 or 2 offense, with a QB that's a baller. I know let's not act like we won the trophy but the D balled and after even I gave up on Harris, he checked himself and looked pretty dam good at the end. Glad they didn't take my suggestion and bench him for Jennings. Like Les said at halftime, I must have stayed plastered

But, let's not kid ourselves, this was Texas Tech, not a Title contending team...

SEC definitely put us in the best possible match-up. Their team is tailor made for LSU.

Nice to get a win but the offense still looked off balance and never in rhythm throwing the ball. Keeping things in perspective, I didn't see any improvement tonight...just an overmatched team on the other sideline. Again, happy for the win but we have just as much to fix as we did before kickoff.

Defense held TTU's passing game in check, and shut down the run completely-and TT had a rushing game, they're not just an air raid offense. Harris made some nice throws, and he didn't lose his shite after throwing the pick. Good special teams night. Decent KO coverage, and Keehn didn't shank any punts.

Besides the 10 penalties I can't complain. Good job to the staff on this one.

We should play unranked teams more often.

Agreed. The defensive line and LB's played lights out. The offense showed a few new wrinkles and actually opened up a little. Harris again showed good potential but unacceptable inconsistency. The Tigers badly need a competent quarterback. I'm not a Miles supporter, but, if he can make some changes, get a quarterback, and show that he is actually willing to try to fix the problems, I can support him.

Well, it was tough for a while

Of course it was! TT players, coaches and fans are very proud. The TT players were well-coached, well-prepared and maximum-level motivated to beat LSU. They played with 110 percent intensity.

Believe me, when they finally broke, their hearts were broken, too. They put every emotion and physical effort into the game, but the circumstances compelled them to, at last, break. This is a tough loss for them.

A very game opponent gave his best shot at LSU and it was not enough. TT is sad today.

Today, the LSU football team and coaches are Triumphant.

If Harris showed any ability to be accurate early on the offense would have looked fine. Glad he got it under control in the second half.
