I wish there was a good answer for some of the things Jay has done this year.
Look, I get it, even though there's talent on the team, the team isn't that good. He's just seemed to make some really strange moves this year compared to years past. Although, to be fair, I guess when nothing is working, it's hard for any move to look good.
