He's throwing a pitch that the ump called a strike in innings 1 & 2 for him, AND is calling a strike for UT and he's now calling them balls. He's being a lot more picky on Floyd than on the Texas pitcher.

And expanding the strike zone is one way to address 3 outcome baseball. Make guys swing more and you’ll see better baseball games.
