This beat writer is such a homer. Since A&M won 2-3 against LSU, he thinks they are #2 in the West now. LOL

It took 7 OT game, then our 51-7 blowout in 2019, then a close game last year when they should have beat us worse due to all our players opting out, quitting, etc.

He just writes what he and the fans dream of, a dominant A&M, which they are not

A&M hasn't won a championship in 80 years. Invalid point!

You can get passed up by falling from 1st to 2nd, and you can get passed up by falling from 10th to 11th. Valid point!

Disagree. As long as LSU is recruiting top five classes every year, something they are still doing better than A&M, then they will not have been passed.

Well, you have a strange way of measuring success - recruiting trophies. I say the team that wins on the field is the better team.

Aggy will NEVER be consistently good at football. Never.

You're taking what I said out of context, either by intention or out of ignorance. Three different head coaches in the last 20 years have shown LSU is capable of competing for national titles. Recruiting the best players, not coaching, has been the constant. Let A&M win something of note, even a division title, then we can talk about them maybe reaching the level LSU is at. Beating the worst LSU team we've seen since before Saban arrived isn't going to do it.

They are dreaming….as usual. Their hope is that by pointing out other teams past weaknesses equates to an easy road for a team that clearly hasn’t had real success since Johnny Manzel. They will get the chance to put up but they (Jimbo) will never shut up.

Jimbo's record since being at the Aggies is not 2 & 1. It's LSU 1 win, A&M 1 win, Felonies, 1 ripoff.

I'm sorry but I do not consider that 2018 game anything other than a felony and a rip off.

The rest of the article is nothing but wishful thinking. However, I'm sure the Tom Herman supporters in Louisiana enjoyed the article.

Not even worried LSU will get payback this year. One Covid year and they are the heir apparent in the SEC west. LSU will be back and the only ones that will have a chance to beat bama in the west. LSU 48- A&M 13.

Olin Buchanan played a reporter in the movie Varsity Blues. Looks like he's continued pretending to be a reporter ever since.

See you in November Olin.
That has to be the worst written sports article I've ever read with its pure desperation, willful delusion, poor grammar, and infantile structure. I would no doubt think it was a poor attempt at a troll piece if it wasn't on that site.

I don't think the LSU fan base understands how fans in places like Texas A&M and Auburn have invested in the idea that "Coach O is just another Gene Chizik."

They know that at full strength, LSU is a force to be reckoned with, and they don't like it at all. They want to believe that, because they don't like his accent, O must be a joke that just got lucky.
