No. Most LSU fans can't twirl a towel with one hand and not spill the drink in the other.

I can't help but think, from a marketing/sales dollars aspect, it might be a good thing for LSU to think of and go after...

you know, it could have a hole in one of the coners (like a golfers towel), and a small clip for blet loops or a ladies purse...

Towels make no noise, nor do pompoms, that kind of stuff shouldnt happen in tiger stadium

I'm barely allowed to stand up and cheer anymore in Tiger Stadium. I doubt they let me twirl a towel.

I still have a 'Tiger Rag' from the late 70's. It's about 14" X 10" and came with a subscription to Tiger Rag.

Nah we don't need it, plus there is no need to copy somebody else's tradition even if they are an NFL team.

However, I laughed my arse off at the end of that segment on ESPN when they showed the crowd swinging the towels. A kid was on somebody's shoulders getting smoked in the face by the guy next to her swinging the terrible towel. I did feel a little guilty about laughing though.
