John Adams used to work as a member of the press in Baton Rouge back in the day.

He also penned the infamous "Tiger Stadium is a myth" article the week before the 2000 LSU-Vol game, basically stating that Tiger Stadium was dead. We all know it wasn't dead that night. Rohan Davey solidified his warrior status in that game. One of the top 5 games I ever attended in Tiger Stadium. It was rocking.

He hates LSU. I used to date him back in the day.
I would think he's past retirement age by now.

As someone who lived in Knoxville for 7 years, John Adams is a freaking tool. He's basically UT's Glenn Guilbeau.

Maybe idiots realize that one play doesn’t define a game. Your inability to think rationally shows how intelligent you are, but keep patting yourself on the back

Yep, we all saw late in the 4th quarter with a touchdown lead Orgeron too chicken to throw for a first down and actually put it away and win the game on offense. Orgeron cost LSU the ballgame. He's the head coach; its his mentality to sit on a lead and expect his defense to hold. This is more of the same from the Les Miles Regime.

Same for the 2nd half of LSU vs UofH basketball game. There were a number of possessions in the 2nd half that involved referee intervention..... Loose ball fouls, whistles on fouls just before LSU drains 3 pointer, etc. The referees were NOTICEABLE last night and that was unfortunate.

not really.

LSU was LSUs worst enemy at that game,

Wonder how many coaches in the poer 5 conferences can make that clai over the past three seasons

Under Les, LSU was the only program to win at least 8 games every season during his tenure. We fired his arse.

Some have no tolerance for you. You are quite the armchair expert. The Rant used to be good. Now, 73% of the time we got posters like you.

20/20 hindsight. If he does that and the pass goes incomplete then you are calling him an idiot for passing when we just needed to take time off the clock. you people are some dumb mofo's.

There were a lot of plays (ex 1a. Giles punt drop) that could have changed the outcome of that game and a lot of absurdly bad ref calls as well.

Exactly right. Coaching involves identifying your opponents strengths and weaknesses. Avoid one and take advantage of the other. When Miles needed a first down to beat Alabama, he attacked their strength (front seven) instead of their weakness. Did it twice and went 0 for 2. O needed a first down to win and decided to attack the number one rush defense in the country. Looks like we are in the third iteration of Charlie Mc Clendon.

You two are the brain dead slugs.

A&M was out of timeouts. You don't throw the ball there. You run the clock and figure your defense can keep A&M from going 75 yards with 0 timeouts to score a TD.

O, I guess, should have also known known that a game-winning interception would be wiped out by a very questionable replay call.

We get it. You hate O. Go root for Bama if you're so damn miserable.

I actually agree, and I’m not an O or E apologist. LSU had worn on their defense and actually had success runnng the ball on them the previous two drives. It was conservative, but that’s what most coaches would do in the same spot without a QB like Tua. An RPO with Burrow on the edge may have been a better call. He could have thrown it if it was open or try to pick it up himself, which he was very effective at vs A&M.

Let me ask you this. Since he was brought up, do you think Saban throws it in the same situation with Hurts playing QB? He would have let Hurts run the ball.
