Did we just come out of a timeout without an offensive play and let Sampson shoot a 35 footer with 12 seconds on the shot clock?
Then repeat that "play" on the last possession?

Agreed. That and the rotations he put in at the end were atrocious.
To me, though, he lack of any emphasis on he defensive end is his worst attribute as a coach. Tennessee is getting wide open 3 point looks any time they want them. Game after game you see guys getting incredible looks. Scorers have to be ecstatic whenever Lsu is the next game on the schedule.

Loose this game and they may not even get an NIT bid. Can you imagine any coach in America surviving after not even making the NIT with this much talent? Yet JJ will still be here next year regardless.

Every single bit of his first half is Johnny Jones fault. Awful piss poor rotations and just because somebody picks up a second file does not mean they have to sit for 15 minutes. He is like a robot who can't think. Happening on offense and he can not call any sort of play to get the guys moving. He is just an awful coach. I have probably made 3000 Post this season about basketball and have yet to say negative things about Jones. I'm done with that shite. He's a horrible horrible game coach

The problem is that TN is going to be confident coming out in the second half. This is our team m/o. Let them hang around, and then tank. (Or we get up big and then let them creep back.)
