The biggest issue with Beth is her undying loyalty to her assistants. I don't have an issue with her as a coach, but as a manager of a program? She should have moved on from at the very least Dobson by now. That loyalty may be the thing that gets her canned.
The other issue is how much money it would cost to buy her out, buy out the contract of a better coach and then pay them enough to walk away from where they are. I don't see a Kelly/Mulkey type hire happening for less than 5-6 million total. Tough position for Scott to be in.
