You do realize that every game the gameplan from the opposing team was to take Perkins out of the play. Kiffin said it himself that what ever side he was on they ran the play to the other side

Where he could use closing speed to the play. His first year when he burst onto the scene he didn’t know the defense and he didn’t play early in the year. Coaches have said he was out of position a lot in the Arkansas game. His extreme speed bailed him out this my response on his speed. I don’t understand your angle.
