Talented? Obviously they play hard for Penny. Are they a tournament team?

They are one of the most talented teams in the country.

They will battle in the AAC, they play hard hard for him. Better than expected, but I see an NIT team, possibly make it into the big dance as a 10 or 11 seed. I could see them also late winning their conference tourney, you need guard play in tournament play and they have that in spaded. The more games they play the better they will get. Should be a solid Quadrant 2 win for the Tigers.

Probably a year away from being a tournament team. Will probably finish fourth or fifth in the AAC

The thing is they are a big name and will win enough games to be at least a quality win in my opinion. Wade knows exactly how to manipulate the schedule to play against slightly weaker teams that will win lots of games.

This wont be a crappy win for us at the end of the season. I think Memphis has a chance in their conference. LSU is really young. You can see the talent we have, but we are making mistakes that are going to drive wade crazy. The improvement from skylar mays so far gives me a lot of hope in our ability to develop players. If we squeeze everything we can out of this team they will be really tough to take out at the end of the season. Need to see some of that quick though with fsu and possibly nova looming.

I’d be surprised if they won the AAC, but this will be a good win at the end of the season.

they were better than advertised. solid squad. they just looked a little outclassed at times because of how good lsu is

They were much more well coached than I thought they would be and they have some solid talent. If they continue to improve they could compete for the AAC conf title in what will probably be a bit of a down year for the league.
