"i would say the leadership is more fractured than ever."

+1,
but at the same time, it is from the lows that leaders rise..
let's be hopeful...there may be an awakening

Barksdale, T-Bob, TTolliver, speak their minds trying to get younger guys focused to eliminate mistakes - also publicly accepting responsibility

did they?

if I were a young OL the last guy I'd listen to about eliminating mistakes is Joseph FalseStarksdale.

The quarterback situation, T-Bob snapping the ball of his own initiative, the whole OC/HC who's responsible stuff. Sure, there's some great guys demonstrating some great leadership skills but there's not a solid sense of ONE person you can look at who has it all together.

You're baiting me, Right? Name any College team with just 1 leader, and I'll show you a group of men that have no idea how to function as a team. They called the players only meeting to correct the issues you say demonstrate a "Fractured" leadership.

Answer this - Have you ever participated in any organization, team, group, or even event which demonstrated leadership? Based on your comments, I would be safe to say "No."

I agree 100%. But if you pay attention to what is being said in the interviews from yesterday, and take bits and pieces of information from the guys quoting the "don't shoot the messenger", "friend of a friend", or "mother of the dog walker who scoops the poop of the LB's girlfrind's poodle", you really get a sense of them against the world, which if true is the best thing that could happen to this group.

TBob looks like the leader of the Offence. I can't believe it, after getting a DWI and loosing his spot last Spring. The old man Bobby must be proud.

I was shocked to find out he leads the O-Line in knockdowns.

Conflicting reports - Initial reports (from insiders) were sometime Sunday, but "Friends of the Program" have indicated Monday. Listened to Randy Rosetta this afternoon on 104.5. Indicated some-type of "gathering" was held, because Kelvin 11 was very focused, serious, and short with his answers to questions. Normally, he's very talkative, but yesterday short, 2 or 3 word answers. Had absolutely no comment regarding what was discussed during meeting, as it should be.

Same BS that we heard before the season when we got ranked #4 in our DIVISION.

How can AU be getting more respect with a 2nd year coach that nobody heard of?

Us against the world months ago. Sure looks like we came out and dominated that 2nd string ACC team, SEC powers Vandy and Tn too.

We are lucky not to be 2 -3 right now.

Let's see some action instead of all this BS talk that keeps coming out of our program. Time for some coaches and players to back up what they have been saying.

I totally agree. However, it was a shame that it had to come to that.

T.Bob knew the time was running out and "if" I was in his position I wouldn't wait either.

Can you explain to me how we were "lucky" to win the North Carolina and West Virginia games?

Newsflash...these same players will quit after November and lose all confidence in CLM when losses to FLA, AUB, ALA and ARK have happened....just like last year.

You are aware that we beat Auburn and Arkansas last year, right?

eta: and I won't even mention the Bama game from 2009, which was arguably our best game of the year.
