"These threads following a loss are pathetic...Nola, Rhymes, Katz, Ross, and Hanover have been clutch all season, and Jones has provided many clutch hits.
We were a 3-2 fastball away from winning the series against a good Vandebilt team. Suddenly the sky is falling.
If this team gave up on themselves as easily as some of our fans do, we wouldn't have won the West, swept Arkansas, taken 2/3 from UF, ole miss, and had two comeback victories to beat state."
I think the issue people have is quite valid and it stems from: Starting pitching is going down hill, Raph can't hit .500 the whole season, too many double plays, and horrible base running. You can't cover up the weaknesses of this team for the entire 60-70 game schedule and from here on out your playing the best teams in the country.....you don't have room for error.
