You know...when I first saw the video, I thought it was fake....you know, pre-arranged to be funny. The fact that it's not, that a 33 year old guy actually did that to an 18 year old passed out at a Krystal and had a video of it is just....weird. Heck, most of the people in the video are old enough to be the kid's parents. That's the bad part to me. Would he have done it to a 17 year old? Female?

I came to the conclusion years ago that public decency and any hint of morality is out of the question in today's society.

Ask yourself this question: How much effort on his part did it take? I bet it was close to nothing. Due to the fact that this video went viral and the guy's own relatives encouraged to turn himself in tells me not much time and effort was needed on the DA's behalf.
Again, after what I saw January 9th and 10th from the Bama faithful, I'm not at all shocked this dude is over 30, is married, and has already reproduced. This guy will soon be a hero in Tuscaloosa. Don't believe me? Just read the comments from Bama fans defending him.
