Every time I hear Pre Game now, I'm always thinking "SLOW DOWN".

We had issues during practice when the drumline would start pregame so fast we had to start over. The drumline was bad this year.
At least they'd slow down for games, but during practice we'd almost be running down the field!

David Lee Roth's "Gigolo"

I was in TB then. We played in toward the students and featured the Golden Girls Dancing. When the part where DLR said whatever it was, the entire student section did it perfectly. After the game, we re-watched it on tape and it was amazing.

What's up with the drumline hate, bro? Freshmen are not the answers...

Sev09 didn't even know 3-2 is a full count until last weekend, and he's 20, so his opinions are irrelevant

is the OP for real? As now an aspiring professional trumpet player, I guess I take a lot of these experiences for granted...meh whatever. BTW, Tiger Band has always sounded like a mediocre marching band. Some years a little better, some years a little worse.

yea this isn't a subjective issue. In terms matching pitch, sounds, articulations, etc. etc. tiger band produces a very mediocre musical product. A good majority of college marching bands are that way, and that is perfectly fine for the the venues they perform in. People are there for the football team, not to hear an excellent musical product from the band.
