LSU fans all over the state are asking themselves:
Is Les stubborn enough to sign this kid and try to prove his point again in 2013, after failing with JJ?
Les is a very good coach, but he has some glaring weakneses that arise from time to time.
I hope this isn't one of them.
But I wouldn't bet against it...

Either way , we need to hope that QB,s at other schools continue to play grab arse while out at a bar. We also need more teams to get a bowl ban. So far this staff has not recruited an SEC caliber QB, if they have they have not developed them.

Yeah.
I think the problem at Penn State was not the PLAYERS playing grab arse...

Les has used two qb's his whole career at LSU, he said in interviews that he believe s that habing two qb's prepared
Is a good thang. I just, dont understand, how the fans will not believe Les will stick with this way of thinking

You really don't see how having a QB who has taken snaps in front of 100,000 people is better than having two who haven't?

Collectively, JJ & Lee have taken hundreds of snaps in front of millions of people, and Mettenberger having taken 15 or so in front of a quarter of a million is ridiculously better.

Your point makes zero sense. Its like saying that having the lead singer of Coldplay writing music for you is better than Mozart since Coldplay is used to performing in front of hundreds of thousands of fans, & Mozart only played in front of a few hundred at a time.

in the case of Randall and Rivers, it may be more like me vs. the Coldplay dude instead of Mozart though

If Bolden starts for LSU at any point that isn't due to injury, then we are in a bad way.

we are in a bad way even if its due to injury.

he's not premier. we all know that now.

I saw him play for State Penn. My housemate is a State Penn person.

Soooo.. I have seen him in action.

Back to your negatiger job as OP.

Guess what the final score of the Bama game is?
Oh, you dont know? Hmmm. then maybe you are totally full of shite about Bolden blowing the Bama game.

STFU. &, dont worry, be happy.

This just sounds dumb...In your comparisson Mett is Mozart? Even when Mozart first started there were small crowds, they got bigger as he got more experience and got better.

Why, oh why don't people understand that players progress over their time on a football team. If they didn't we wouldn't need position coaches, or training at all. They would simply go out and play every saturday, and the same teams would win every time because nobody gets better...

He's talking about Mett playing grab arse genius. His whole reference was that Miles hasn't landed an SEC calibur QB out of high school since he has been the coach at LSU. I disagree though. Perilloux was an SEC calibur QB was a total frick up.

Liggins is being talked about as a DE by some AND as an option QB by others. It is comical.

Why wouldnt the option QB be Rivers or Mett they are damn near as mobile as Bolden and more so than Liggins.

I think we aer the only people suggesting he is an option QB. I don't see any coach suggestions.

1. Mett does force some throws and picks are just a part of his game. The yards and TDs should outweight the INTs though. 2. When Mett throws a few picks in a key SEC game, Bolden will get a few series. (see 11/5/11) 3. bolden's playing time will grow from there. 4. Bama game rolls around and Bolden pisses himself like he did in 2010.

Miles has shown that he will stick with qb's. Mett is the man.

Im not to sure bout Bolden never watched him or Penn st, but have yoy seen the size of liggins, if moffit could have got ahold of that big ol boy it would take half of a defense to stop him

False. We will not run an option play at all this season in a meaningful spot. If Randall gets it against Towson, then maybe we run it.

He was actually a Triple Option QB in HS.

He tested well at PSU as far running..

but yea...Game wise...it hasnt translated. They did have a bad oline and asked him not to run though.
