Makes sense. T-Bob has a Barstool personality.
Although I'm going to miss his poignant, reflective takes from Whiskey and Whine after a loss

He was also an actual athlete at a high level.
He SHOULD be very successful at Barstool.
The one thing about Barstool though it has become more about everything but sports, and they tend to treat a lot of employees as circus clowns.

Success there is really about fitting in with the other personalities and finding a "home base". The people that don't make it either don't fit in or never find a podcast or youtube show that they can hang their hat on.
I think T-Bob can defibitely fit in, it'll be more about finding his cash cow.

I think he’ll do great there. I assume he’ll be one of the hosts of their college gameday equivalent with Brandon Walker. Can see him getting on Brandon’s bad side which is great content.

He's a perfect fit, and he did some stuff with PMT awhile ago briefly, and then was actually at the Barstool office and did a few of their shows a few months ago.
I kinda knew something must be up there

I highly doubt Moscona cares about Barstool. He sees himself as a serious journalist and Barstool is not that. T-Bob fits that culture.
Besides, Scone loves LA sports and I doubt he'd want to move away from that unless it was a major media outlet that fits his vision of what "sports journalism" is.
It's going to be nice to not have to watch W&W where Scone is trying to not get mad at drunk T for saying he back doors scone's wife. Or just the drunk yelling in general.
ETA: I also noticed that T flat out said "then Jordy got fired" which is something that I hadn't heard confirmed by someone at the station.
