This is the bottom line and if anyone doesn't see it this way it's just stupid. He completely missed the awards banquet that was for "his" teammates. I for one will never forget, this was a complete selfish shite move and I think down the road he will regret this.

How sad must your life be to hold grudges like this? Damn. I'd say get a life but clearly your life and your pride is attached to the decisions of college kids you don't even know.

This shite went from...

"I hate he had to deal with bum ankle all season"

To...

"Oh he's wrong for not trying to play in the bowl game"

To...

"If he is hurt then he should at least travel and be on the sideline"

Now its all kinds of slander because he signed Roc Nation and some of you shallow minded so called fans thinks it's a bad move because it doesnt fit your narrative.

LF is about to be a millionaire and providing for his family in about 4 months. I can guess he can give 2 fricks.

I thought he shouldn't have played at all this year and just train for the NFL. Tyrann Mathieu indirectly did that and I believe that time off helped him get things in order and now he is doing great in the NFL.

no

I have no problem with him not playing. I do however have a problem with him not fulfilling his obligation to the team and university. He is on scholarship to be part of the team. Whether he plays or not isn't important. He should be on the sidelines supporting his team mates.

Still being on the team and not signed by an agent would not hurt his prep for combines. I am sure he will use everything LSU has to offer to prepare for the combine anyway.

These fking quitter crybabies will never understand this concept. They've never played sports and grasped the concept of team first...its pathetic. Make excuses....thats the new way to do things.

all he had to do was wait 2 weeks. how can't people see the problem with not honoring your commitment?

I played team sports my entire life.

I also know that you can support the team while not on the team.

so you are saying he essentially quit the team and will travel to orlando on his own dime to stand on the sideline with his team mates? or are you just trying to point out that he could be on the sideline knowing he likely won't be?

Why in the ever living frick are you comparing apples and oranges. We're talking a bout a high profile player and a team leader who was the face of LSU. Why is that so hard to understand?

once the season is OVER they are draft eligible. Do you see the difference?

well no

they are draft eligible 3 years removed from HS

and LF's season is over

the coaches and LF probably considered it a waste of time for him to just stand around on the sidelines for the next 2 weeks

I'm saying what's the problem with him getting money now. Maybe it's best for he and his family to start making money now. He can still be there with the team. Nothing he has done is keeping him from being with the team.
