I agree with most of your post but a baserunner cannot run over the catcher if the catcher has the ball. He would have been thrown out of the game by rule.

Oh, ok. Thanks for letting me know. Like I said, my baseball knowledge isn't the best. Is that true for major league as well? Or is it fair game no matter what in MLB?
