Well the previous record holder for the best SEC season lost in the Super Regional to a directional school from Louisiana. Did that embarrassment hurt LSU that year?

That Louisville pitcher is getting almost all of the 50/50 strike calls. There is a huge difference in a 2-2 count and a 3-1 count. Vandy should have walked right before the last inning as well.

was simply a comment about Vandy and conference, didn't say or imply it would hurt LSU.
Others...Would also agree if Vandy loses and USCe & Miss. St advance, that would clearly answer the questions.
UNC lost two series in their own conference this year so were not as dominant in conference as Vandy (though of course Vandy didn't play LSU).
