His BBQ is bland and overcooked. Not even BDP's sauces can save it from what I've heard from my sources close to the program.

WTF does this have to do with coaching? How many great coaches were great players? Almost none. Belichek? Saban? Pete Carrol?

Being a great player almost guarantees he'll suck as a coach.

He wants to be the O-Line coach which is something he mastered and is one of the best in NFL history. He's not trying to be a head coach you dope.

I agree. Mawae doesn't hide his hatred for Les, and pretty sure it's reciprocated.

If that's true, Mawae should never coach here. And, honestly, this is probably the only chance he'd ever get to coach here given the unusual circumstances.

I'm kind of disappointed that it's only stuff and not stuff and things.

To be fair, Mawae also has a lot of leadership experience, holding the position of head of the NFL Players association.

Cam actually is allowed to call plays and put in the offensive game plans.

calling plays isn't the problem with this football team if you haven't noticed. It's the development of the quarterback. Most of the plays that are called would be different if we had a quarterback that could 1st read defenses, 2. know where alternate receivers are going to be on any given play. 3. Learn to use the pocket, and if you have to run, do it before it's the last and final option. Cam can't coach quarterbacks who weren't good enough to be drafted into the NFL. He can't coach quarterbacks with high school experience or light college expierence AT ALL.

IDK. I just get pissed off because people complain about play calling. When the plays are called the way they are because of the limitations of the quarterback position, and that isn't the quarterbacks fault entirely, because they are learning nothing beyond what they have come by naturally or picked up from a good high school coach.
