idk why people want to always promote coach O to DC. He's never been that, and I rather not promote. i think he is excellent being hands on with the dline exclusively. he has to be loving it!

He had already been a HC without being a DC. He will get a HC job because of his recruiting abilities at a lower tier FBS schoo without being DC. I don't see a power 5 school offering him a HC job until then.

nah. steele struggled with the players in zone coverage but those problems have been worked out. John Chavis and Brick Haley are the ones responsible for our front 7 issues and Steele and coach O were brought here to fix that. i'm very confident they will.
