All I ever hear from everyone is how bad he is and he cant coach the Offense and the OL at the same time etc....
I like the guy and I like the play calling. He is 23-3 with horrible QB play two yrs ago and found a way to go to 10-2 this yr with all the lost players especially the OL. New QB, young receivers, RB and OL in a tough league. I know u can look up the rankings, but it's only the W's that matter.

What it is , is that the average rantard doesn't understand football. They say Miles' offenses at LSU have always suck. Yet , FACTS say that 4 OUT OF THE TOP 5 LSU OFFENSES ,EVER, ARE LES MILES COACHED TEAMS.
A lot of rantards would rather lose to Bama , but put up 400+ yards of offense than beat Tex A&M with just 98 yards passing. Or at least it seems that way.

I've seen this posted a few times.. but USC and A&M were definitely bigger games than the UF game.. especially considering what those games meant for us at the time. This really can't even be argued.

We did beat everybody we played in '11. People act like we haven't beaten Bama in 20 years, but we beat them just last year.

Coach Stud is a good guy and a good coach. I know him from my playing days at Arkansas State, were he was the O-Line Coach.

I'm not meaning to sound like we haven't beaten them in 20 years.

Both positions require full time coaches. You can't physically be the offensive coordinator/play caller AND the offensive line coach AND put in the time necessary to be really effective at both. Not enough hours in the week at practice to do both. If you're calling plays during the game, who's coaching the OL and making adjustments during the game.

Oh yeah, I forgot. Miles is the real OC and calls the plays. Stud is just the defacto OC and Kragthorpe is the assistant OC in name only for advertising purposes. I mean really, somebody has to be coaching the OL during a game.

If Stud is so good, why isn't LSU getting top qb's & wr's? We can run, but if you don't have a passing game, the top recruits aren't coming LSU.
