Lsu’s defense wasnt soft this season, just the offense. Thats on the coaching to instill a tougher mindset and mentality in practice all offseason. Its on sloan and ultimately kelly. Im not worried about that issue moving forward.

To add to your post: When the head man doesn’t care it rubs off on everyone. Tone is set from the top down. So when Flint knew his boss didn’t care; his job became MUCH harder. Even if he’s an awesome S&C guy. Once the players were fully aware that Kelly wasn’t “all in”; neither were they. Regardless of how much NIL they’re getting. So I have a small amount of grace for Flint; but a change was needed. Having a HC who cares and is in the building will be a huge difference outside of X&O’s.

It goes even further than this. The stuff that came out after Kelly was fired proved that his coaching philosophy was also a big issue. The O Line was never using sleds. There was almost no hitting in practice after camp. Remember hearing about Baker asking for more physicality in run game practice?

If the head coach is mandating practice be run like that, then it almost doesn’t matter what the S&C guys are doing.

So about half this board for football and probably 3/4 for basketball and baseball?

True enough Aggie lost but it was a defensive game. The offense isn't the only unit that goes through strength and conditioning. What are you talking about.

Didn’t Moffitt just get his shite kicked in by Miami?

Once again, the game has passed him by

What's that say about the guy we had this year? That 2nd half was as bad as it possibly could have been tbh

Typical clown take from you. if A&M had a quarterback they’d easily beat Miami. The loss had zero to do with S&C.

frick Moffitt, he’s an Aggie now and I don’t understand the board’s obsession with him. He’s fine at best.
