This is year one, Kiffin arrived a while back. You can’t expect a coach who brings in a roster full of transfers. To make a brand new playbook of his wants. Yes he has added his schemes and plays.
But it will take time, it’s not like you can finish a Lego set after someone did the manual completely wrong. Lane is in a bad situation and will eventually turn the program around.

Saban went 8-4 in his first season at LSU. These ‘fans’ would have wanted him fired.

I in no way want Kiffin fired but for the record the cfb world when Saban came here was drastically different than today.

They did want Saban fired mid way thru 2001, right after the Ole Miss loss at home. After getting blasted by both Florida and Tennessee.

That's true. Even Skip complemented him and the team after the Sugar Bowl win over Illinois and said what a rebound of a season after the Old Miss loss at home.

This is such a dumb thread. People are mad Lane didn't go on 4th and 1 when that's not what we thought we hired. They're mad that the defense went soft in every critical situation against Ole Miss and Kentucky with the same sucky results. I literally haven't seen a single sentence, thread, or post about Firing Lane. What are you talking about?
