This is shorthand, over embellished, internet language. Much like goat had its run most recently. Goat has now been replaced by Him. If something or someone is decent at anything, the internet must label it as the best. There is no middle ground on the internet. You are either the goat or trash. Him or not it.
It is the same with non verbal communication. Gen Z and beyond only use body language to express shock and amazement. Jaw dropping, cobra poses for the most mundane situations. This is used so they can be captured and hopefully converted into a meme. That is the goal of the teenage/ young adult generation. Validation by the web. Attention and extremism.
Him is just part of that moment. It will be replaced in about 2 years.
