STOP defending BK and blaming Orgeron

Stop defending BK based upon how he had to totally rebuild the program after inheriting only 39 scholarship players, he won 10 games and the SEC west with that foundation. 2 years later his team is going backwards, not forwards. Look at Colorado this season, Sanders started with only 10 scholarship players for the 2023 season, and yes he lost, for 2024 he purged the roster again and signed 69 new players, the Buffalos are now 7-2. Kelly uses the "we're doing it the right way" line as an excuse for the programs lack of progress, after Colorado's 2 roster purges, they now have a top 10 recruiting class, the roster will stabilize, so after doing what was initially necessary, Sanders looks to be "doing it the right way" going into his 3rd season in 2025. We are talking about LSU, winner of 3 natty's in the past 21 years, LSU simply doesn't have to work as hard or be as creative as Colorado to rebuild a program. STOP making and accepting excuses!

You are comparing someone playing a dogshit schedule to an sec schedule, and using a comparison of a team with an elite qb and maybe 2 top 10 picks in the draft. Colorado has nothing stable after this year

And all leads back to nick Saban breaking this program and putting us in the position we are in. One sec title since 2012

You are helping me make my point, in year 3, LSU doesn't have top draft pick talent, and Colorado has a top 10 recruiting class so they are building a winning foundation going forward.

Can people really not conceptualize doing well enough in the portal in the first year to win games, having some of these guys move on the next year, and still ending up with pieces of the original 38 players, and having to do it all over?
Winning the SEC West was never an indication of ascension. It was one year in a vaccuum. Next year, reset.

Stop telling us what to do and learn the game of football.
I laugh at you references Colorado who is currently in a weakened division that BYU is leading. Colorado left knowing Texas and Oklahoma were leaving making it an easier path to playoffs. Not one team in that current division could win the SEC or make the playoffs with an SEC schedule.

Louisiana has 25 times more D1 football players than Colorado.

Here, here. Hate this excuse at this point. People forget with that 2022 left over roster and no QB we still played better in the bowl game against K-State, then we played last night at home coming off an open week. The digression the last six quarters is real.

LSU is a Southeastern state, full of talent, playing other SE teams, which are “Our” peers.
Colorado, who has been total digshit, is now moving forward as a program against “their peers”. LSU is going backward against “our” peers.

How about stop defending the players. You could tell they’re well coached but they just crapped themselves. And it was a rebuild complete rebuild. Unless you’re ponying up money this year for recruits, they haven’t been able to get the ones that they really wanted in the portal like Those from Texas A&M last year. I know you’re not putting money up so shut up.

You play who scheduled to play... and you build your team to beat who you are scheduled to play... stop with the damn excuses
