So because its soooo out of line to predict an a&m victory. The butthurt in this thread is flowing hard.

Are you aware La Tech has a good QB that can complete a forward pass, unlike Mettenberger?

Yeah,.....he's been lighting up some great defenses. Let's see....Illinois (#52), Virginia (#53), Texas A&M (#72), Houston (#104), Rice (#106) and UNLV (#109). Being LA Tech is #119 in total defense and #114 in scoring defense they are in a shootout every week. That makes for some pretty gaudy stats.......yet for some reason the LA Tech QB that can complete a forward pass unlike Mettenberger is averaging 11.41 yards per completion while Mett is 13.09 yards per completion. Go figure douche bag.

LSU wins always get downplayed by the media.

LA Tech has a mobile quarterback with a gun.

A&M will be 30 spots better in total defense after this game. LSU has a way of making average defenses look very good.

Tigers better be ready its going to be close.

Does anyone honestly believe A&M has a better defense than SC? Or a better offense than Florida who beat them?

If not well Florida only scored 14. We put 23 on SC. So we'll beat A&M at least 24-14 or better.

Love the transitive property.

Does not apply in college ball. Emotions play a big part. We will be flat. They are at home. It will be close.

This was my point. A&M fans keep trying to use their Florida game to say they will win. I was just illustrating how silly it is.

Did Towson or North Texas have a better defense than A&M?

So far LSU has played up and down against good and bad defenses- so a big margin is not assured.

Think they'll be playing 8 in the box with a pass defense ranked #111 in the nation?

Against recievers who can't get separation? Why not

when are you aggies going to realize that we or anyone else in the SEC do not give a shite about Texas and your inferiority complex towards them?
You just make yourself look pathetic.

You shouldn't have to pull for a team to "spiral" in order to make yourself look good.

Wouldn't be Bama. Would be Arky. And you see we don't care they are in a spiral do you? We want to be the best by beating the best. Not by default.

This edition of LSU does not deserve the benefit of the doubt that so many of us are giving them.

This game is in the monring on the road.

Given how this season has gone, LSU needs to hold its opponent to under 20 to win.

They certainly can do it, but I have no issue with anyone picking LSU to lose.

The offense is still improving. Look at how many trips to the redzone we had against SC. We are power running again and the line is gelling. We just need to improve redzone efficiency and get more points instead of leaving them on the field.

Yeah, you're right. LSU hasn't had a WR get past a corner yet. That has been the problem with the passing game all year. Not bad reads by Mettenberger, intermediate range passes getting batted at the line of scrimmage, poor pass protection or dropped passes.
