Starting to think we should countersue the SEC sooner than later

No need to wait for Thursday vote. They could have another Friday, next week, or whenever. So, don’t see benefit of waiting for vote results.
LSU has a tremendous case.
LSU is accused of recruiting pro players. Harris admits OM did as well.
LSU has not rostered pro players while Texas and several others have. Alabama played a NBA player last year. Ole Miss is currently playing an NCAA ineligible player.
What are we afraid of? Facts are on our side, finally.

It would be dumb for LSU to force the SEC to kick us out. We don't want to leave the SEC. That would not be good for LSU.
If they do kick us out, sue away.

Wade is being involved in the background....but they aren't going to pour gasoline on the fire. Lets just wait for it to play out.

I fully agree!! Other schools rostered players that we are being crucified for which we did not. Those who follow this know of Texas, Ole Miss and others I'd sure immediately - this is out right discrimination or a target campaign my Stankey and the SEC.

Agree 100%. Esp the response with facts. Cannot be ignored. Other member schools would have to decide if they’re going down with Sankey’s ship in court.
