Skip Bertman just gave an interview on ESPN 3. He mentioned how pleased he was to see the LSU Fans applaud the opposing pitcher last night. He said it was great to see and says a lot about LSU Fans.
Skip Bertman.....Class Act.

The only people bitching about this are the ones that started watching since CPM took over

If you do have a problem with any of this then you suck as a person. You're probably the a-hole parent at the little league park teaching their kids that winning is the only thing that defines you in life.

All those bandwagon fans that started watching during our 2006 and 2007 glory days.

yea that might be one of the dumbest posts I've seen recently

I have mixed emotions about the aforementioned situation.
On a related note, this afternoon a swamp rabbit was eating grass under my son's trampoline, which is near our carport. As it took a dump it smiled at me and winked. My wife didn't believe me and neither did the water moccasin that was coiled in her hair.
The point being, if you are supposed to take 2 Vicodin for a sore tooth, do not take 3 instead and wash them down with a six pack.

One of the best posts I've ever read on the rant.

I really don't have a problem with it. He deserved it. Not many college players get to play in front of a packed house once if ever.
It's all about having CLASS! Someone mentioned Stony Brook, and I even remember years ago LSU fans clapping for a a UH outfielder for some great plays. Nothing wrong with fans showing good sportsmanship- not everyone thinks like the rantards!

It's one thing to cheer a UNC Wilminton in a 6 team regional for making some noise, knocking out teams that we considered more legitimate threats. It's another thing entirely to watch some of our "fans" get giddy and want to cheer for anybody that makes it difficult on OUR team. For some of those clowns, the regional is more about themselves and any attention they can get (whee, look at me, I'm a knowledgeable fan clapping for the underdog), than for rooting for the Tigers.
Enough bitching- the crowd was great tonight! We need to keep the pressure up, make the other teams wilt. Crowd energy really does effect baseball; you get inside the opponent's head and he messes up, you pump up your own players.

You're pulling our leg 150.
We all know that grass doesn't grow under the trampoline.

That's some funny shite right there. Did you clap for the moccasin after it bit your wife for doing such a good job of sneaking into her hair?
