I know it is, just trolling those who want O gone.

If Ed jacks up these next hires, he will be gone. This is truly a fork in the road moment for him. He has to get this right.

What do you want? Him fired a year after a championship season?
Or do you just want the mob to revolt?

I don't care if the staff changes every season as long as we win. We didn't this year, so he's probably on the hot seat but what else do you want? Are people just not hateful enough for you?

You really remind me of the political crap happening today where everyone just wants to be angry and replace everyone in power, regardless of effectiveness or direction.

Depends how shitty the season is. His leash has got to be pretty short after this season. Plus rumors are Woodward pushed pelini. They may not even be holding that against O.

Wait, what?

That is the the defensive coordinator, offensive coordinator, passing game coordinator, defensive line coach, and safeties coach.

That is a MASSIVE overhaul

That is basically the entire coaching staff besides Raymond.

Here's my issue with that rumor. It may very well be true, however we know that the Canada hire was one that had some pressure from above Ed to hire the "big name." Ed of course did not have the sway that he did post 2019. I would imagine that a coach, that just finished the season that 2019 was, wouldn't stand by and have a new DC forced upon him. Immediately after the title, Ed had the most good will he ever has. I could maybe buy that CEO & Woodward agreed to target Pelini, but idk that I can buy Ed having CBP pushed on him.

You post shite like this all the time. "When are we going to hold Orgeron accountable?"

What in the frick do you expect the fans to do about it?

Do they not pay for fricking tickets each year?

If you don't have arse in the seats and revenue you think the school and admin will continue as normal?

Because it didn't happen. They both loved the Pelini hire. Orgeron bragged about it all offseason.

This is the stupidest shite I’ve seen. Woodward did not push for Pelini. Anyone who tries to push this lie is trying to save O. This was O’s guy all the way. Woodward did not get involved he just did what he had to, to get O’s guy since he won the championship.

Jesus people just make shite up. O has done a lot of great things but he has also made a lot of crappy hires.

I would think they’d wait until after the Feb signing day unless it’s damaging recruiting efforts. Which it may be.
Actually I think TigerDroppings hurts recruiting even more by us fans publicly crucifying the staff while recruiting is underway. Most of these kids are unaware of the issues we have with the current staff until some Bama assistant links this site.

Hiring then firing Pelini, Johnson, Linehan, cregg all within 2 seasons.

Hopefully this is his last round of hires.

Unless someone wants to give me a firm number on how many chances he should get?

This. I want a new staff, but this is yet another overhaul we are allowing him, while probably wrapping ourselves up in bad contracts.

And it gives him the "new staff" defense next year if thinks don't improve. This might lock him into two more years.

You say "they" so that tells me you don't have tickets, which isn't shocking. You post like a guy who thinks LSU should be run like an NFL team, when it's actually part of a university.

I've had season tickets for nearly 30 years and I have no intention of giving them up, for any reason.

Few people I know would either. Not sure what you are even getting at here. We just won the national title and you are calling for some kind of season ticket holder revolt, when you aren't even a ticket holder yourself?

GTFOH
