Spurrier throwing darts now that USC is winning some games...

How sweet would it be for LSU to beat USC in the SEC Championship game and the headline reads 'Ole Head Ball Coach gets beaten by a Dummy'...
He has been taking shots at other schools in the media lately with the 'dummy' comment on Miles and the '11 players on the field' snipe at UT.

I understand where you are coming from but this year they do seem to have all the pieces together and they held it together in the 2nd half of the Bama game, so this year might just be it.

You do know Spurrier's first team beat Urban's first UF team.
It actually took some luck and then a partially blocked FG for UF to win the 2006 game. The same kind of dumb luck that LSU is accused of.

I was at the Carolina/Bama game Sat. I went to cheer against Bama, not for USCe. I expected a choke job in the 2nd half after the safety but it didn't happen. This team seems different then previous years. But we will see. They play UK in Lexington this weekend. If they can survive that game I think they have a chance. I would love to see a USCe/LSU SECCG but we still have a ways to go.

I've been living in SC for 10 years now and my friends here are split 50/50 between USC and Clemson. I pull for USC simply because of the SEC factor. If they get past UK this weekend I think they'll be alright and will beat UF. However, traditionally this is when they CHOKE on it badly.

After the UF game in '97, after hearing all of thier fans shite all day these are the words I dispensed to four or five UF fans. They were sitting in that little grass patch in front of Wendys'. "Get your smug asses back to Florida and take that cockyassed coach of yours with you", that was a very fun evening.
