Is that surprising? And can you blame them? Pretty easy to pick LSU for that at this point.

Well, Mandel did predict LSU to lose 5 of their last 7 a few weeks ago.

Maybe he's coming around.

Gosh, looking at the Flop teams reminds me of a Vegas Slot Machine! The sports media is gonna be eating a lot of crow.

Cam Newton, QB, Auburn. Newton's stats are eerily similar to Tim Tebow's in 2007, and Newton plays for a better team than Tebow did that year

Mandel needs to know 1) LSU beat Tebow in 2007 (that is when we made him cry) and 2) Florida in 2007 was WAY better with a legit strong D and Tebow and Harvin, than the one man army of Cam Newton.

It's clear most of them see AU and Bama winning out, until they face each other.

LSU gets a vote. Let's see what we can do.

As an aside, I've always hated mainstream websites and publications for their college FB coverage, because when I go there for news it's like I'm looking for affirmation that my team is good. Which is stupid, because I'll know how good my team is based on how they play.

And when LSU has won it all the last two times, the themes of the post game coverage were (2003) lowest rated BCS CG; defensive snoozer, and BTW USC would've crushed both those teams, and (2007) two-loss champion; down year for CFB.

So screw 'em.

There's a neighborhood Bar-B-Q place here in Pensacola that has a drink called "Miami Flop." (They moved to Pensacola from Miami) It's tea with pineapple juice/chunks mixed in. Pretty good stuff.

If LSU loses to Auburn, Bama and R-Kansas, I'm gonna lobby them to start selling "LSU Flop" (Tea, with the pineapple and Big K grape drink mixed in)........

So you're telling me there's a chance...

Rest easy. There is a chance that LSU wins all of it's remaining games an Les Miles goes down as the best coache in LSU history.

ETA: Is that what you wanted to hear?

I love the hate. Teams that get too much love can become complacent. Just more motivation for our guys to get angry and kick some arse.

My favorite part of all this trash is that sports "experts" have zero accountability. When they say something, and are WRONG they never admit it. But, when they toss out something that is unlikely, but they luck out and are right, they are GENIUS!

Trash trash trash.

It sucks seeing that, but I can't totally blame them when Miles CONTINUOUSLY starts and plays the QB that doesn't get the job done and the results show in one way or another.

Plus, we always play better as underdogs and disrespected.
