Sporting News Bowl Prediction: LSU-Notre Dame in Belk. Would you be up for it?

Even this late, bowl projections are very hypothetical, but would you be excited about LSU-Notre Dame in Charlotte on the 30th of December?
I think it would be a matchup that I would be up for and would attend.

I love the matchup. I wonder if Charlotte would be a destination that would be attractive to fans who don't live in that region.

I hate ND ... and I'm not sure I'd want to play them this year.
There would be no upside.
But ... I would be excited to go and see it in person ... short drive.

At this point, any bowl game we make is a joke. So, I'm hoping for Texas Advocare Bowl but only because I already have tickets. Otherwise, I need the Aggies there so I can make that delusional fan base pay 4 times face value

Supposedly…..and I emphasize supposedly….the SEC is supposed to assign teams to bowls in order to get the best matchup. The Belk/Tax-Slayer/Outback/Music City/Liberty Bowls are all supposed to be equal. We shall see how it plays out. The geographically logical team to send to Charlotte is South Carolina, but a SC-ND matchup is not nearly as attractive as an LSU-Notre Dame matchup.
