I agree with the article that he's been overly criticized but dont agree that LSU will be a less demanding job. He just jumped into the ring with Saban, Jimbo, Leach, Kiffin, etc.
The only aspect of the job that seems easier is the recruiting. He'll have less academic restrictions to overcome and plenty of recruits will be within driving range.

Feel like we have a general in charge now. Hoping he makes some great hires compared to the two guys before him. I feel like he is already doing that with waiting to hire the right guys. Not just filling slots quickly for the early recruiting.
