Yeah, that Sports Admin degree he was pursuing is a hot commodity on the job market these days.
i wonder what the unemployment rate is for former D1 football players with college degrees of any major.

I can't imagine it being very high

He played for LSU even without a degree the guy is set up to sell insurance, cars, or work as an operator when he quits the NFL. Although he made 405,000 this year to play in 2 games

Saw him play in preseason up in Seattle this summer. To me, he looked like he had more potential than the Seahawks current #2 back, Robert Turbin. Spencer has his own beast mode too and can catch the ball.

Hopefully he can get thru this and clean things up. Nothing wrong with having a few adult beverages after a big win (IMO).....just call a cab next time Spencer !!! You got 405 in the bank

A DUI? That's not news. It's like being arrested for peeing in public.

There are probably posters on this board who have lost someone to a drunk driver. It's not peeing in public. C'mon man.

Spencer will always be welcomed back in Louisiana. He'll always be taken care of here if the NFL doesn't work out.

He will be a good back in the NFL if he stays healthy.

He can do it all well. Run, catch, block, etc.

Peyton Manning would love to have that dude. Best RB blocker we've had in recent memory and him and Juice had the best hands on the team last year. Dude is a freak athlete.

fricking American public. All fun and jokes until one of those drunk drivers hits an innocent victim while driving.

What a fricking joke of a post you made.

King County is running a pretty efficient operation if you can get bailed out only 2 hrs and 27 minutes after being booked on a Saturday night.

Exactly my first thought.

A DUI is fricking pathetic. I hate the fact so many of you frickers take it so lightly when my kids share the road with you lazy/poor bastards who either can't afford or are too dumb to call a taxi.

DUI penalties should increase to deter it even more. Mandatory 5 years sentences would put an end to that shite with a quickness.

, just like mandatory sentences have put a stop to the sale of illegal drugs.

It seems like a lot of DUI's stem from people like Ware or middle aged men not calling a fricking cab.

I'd bet it would significantly drop the rate of DUI's.

You are a fricking clown if you think that makes sense. "Oh you blew a .09 after 2 drinks? Have fun in jail for 5 years with murderers."

Those little frickers are either

1)Already driving while drinking
2)Will, at some point, drive while drunk
3)A considerably more dangerous driver sober, than some drunk people

Tell 'em paw. Because we all know that you can never go back to college to get a degree. I'm sure he will have hundreds of other opportunities to make a boat load of cash at once.

Meh, I guess raise it to .15 or some other arbitrary number.

Don't fricking drink and drive. It's extremely simple. I promise.

Step 1. Do not drink
Step 2. If you drink, do not drive.

Wow, hard shite here bro.

Don't text and drive
Don't eat and drive
Don't apply make up and drive
Don't read and drive
Don't change clothes and drive
Don't fool with radio and drive

If you can't afford the bluetooth or radio controls where you don't have to take your eyes off the road, then I agree with all of this.
