Controls uses a lot of ladder logic, structured text, and SEBOL, on top of the various function block and sequential diagrams. I don't know anything about programming robotics.

Every time I see that Indeed commercial, I think they really should get some technical advisors for their commercials. COBOL would be a dead language except for the fact that it is almost inextricably threaded through the entire financial and banking systems.
