Sorry if already addressed.... Has anyone else not received their tickets?

My daughter and son-in-law are in California. LSU sent out physical tickets to them and they haven’t received them yet. Why the hell does LSU wait until the last minute nowadays to send out tickets? Let’s just wait until immediately before a hurricane to ship them out 2 day Priority. Anyone else in this boat? Thanks.

If there were purchased through the alumni association, I received an email from them today. They said they are sending out electronic tickets via email by tomorrow and voiding the paper ones that were mailed.

I received my tickets and LSU didn’t require a signature on them. I arrived home at my apartment complex with my season tickets laying in front of my door on the ground.

Glad they got this figured out. I sent the alumni contact an email about my concerns as Im sure many others did. Glad to see positive definitive action on this

My dad lives in BR and got his late last week, I guess the storm is affecting that. Regardless, it is absurd they wait this late to get printed out tickets delivered.

Mine are electronic and finally are in my acccount today!
