I think at this point the evidence makes it fairly obvious the original story from the victims was accurate. Probably left out some facts so they don't look as bad. Then someone tried to cover for the players by completely contradicting the original story forcing the police into a full investigation to gather evidence to prove one way or the other. Kind of sad someone might lie to cover up an assault, but then again not unexpected based on the initial and current reaction of many "fans".
Look, i will be the first to say kick them off if they are guilty of provoking a fight and assaulting some helpless dudes. But making assumptions such as the ones you just made are retarded.Let the investigation run it's course.

Are you kidding me? Have you seen the video? Every story that has been told calling the victims liars have constantly changed and contradicted each other. None match the video. It shows someone being pulled from a vehicle. It shows someone being knocked to the ground and then assaulted on the ground. You can even hear a guy talking about jumping in, but saying he isn't stupid enough to mess with the football team. Then at the end you clearly hear someone shouting "Who want it? Who want it?" I gotta be honest it sounds a hell of a lot like a crazed JJ.

I don't know the legal terminology that well. I do know the investigators side rather well.

I've lied to the police on many an occasion.
"There's no way I was going over 55."
"That light was yellow."
"That dead hooker was in the trunk of my car when I bought it."

What's lost in all this is:
40% want JJ found guilty even if innocent.
40% want JJ found innocent even if guilty.
The rest of us just want the truth.
I cant understand a society that cares more about getting their way or being right over justice.
I'll vote Justice everytime.

It looks like they are out to get JJ,if they weren't this thing would have settled as a common bar fight because of , offsetting witnesses, and conflicting stories, and no video to back the criminal allegations up. JJ seems like a clean cut kid trying to represent the state that he grow up in, but he getting screwed by a, kind of people, directly and indirectly from a climate, that think he's not good enough and there's somebody better. As for as the representer of the Law-remember all law came from God and all going back. Judge and be judged.life is the quickness

Nope, no one is ever sworn in until court proceedings. You are confusing being sworn in with being Merandized...which is just when the cops tell you that you have the right to remain silent, you have the right to an attorney..etc.
