This board, as well as the OT, have devolved passed negativity - into nothing but a p*ssing match for a bunch of posters, wanting to argue and attack all day. It was not that long ago that the Rant was a great place for info and opinions for LSU sports - without the trolling.

No. It just means that the vast majority of fans on TD disagree with the negative posters. Like about 4 to 1. Like WAY past a landslide.
And OP's most interesting point is that the negative posters use rude tactics to run off anyone who dares to be positive...

It's definitely a symptom of an illness in modern society.
Negative news headlines attrac far more clicks than positive. People love their negativity.

I think There are some people who just disagree.
It’s jsut a cheap easy arguement to discredit people with actual complaints about the teM as people who just want O to fail and love misery.
I hate Seeing LSU underachieve and realistically, I think We choirs have very easily been 12-1 this year if we had better offense.

I would rather deal with negative posters than the "rah rah" posters who believe that no one associated with LSU can ever do anything wrong.

Absolutely not, I agree that's hyperbole. However that thread is about extremes, not disagreement.

My favorite is how one poster lamented that the rant isn’t more like the Politics board which is essentially a Pro-Trump echo chamber
