So, in your fricking moronic point of view, we should start a less talented corner to keep PP's confidence up?

Dude, catch hold of yourself and do some soul searching of what you just typed.

REALLY!? We should keep playing underperforming players with little to no production just so we don't hurt their feelings?

What about the OTHER 100 PLAYERS who devoted their whole lives to LSU and deserve to play with the best available option at every position?

Poor little JJ, WHy aren't your screaming this for Murphy?

This isn't about feelings

We're one of the richest programs in college football. If JJ can't get it done, someone much better than him will want to come here and do it for him.

sorry, but his method at keeping the "kid's" confidence up is failing......as he continues to fail under fire, his confidence erodes further.

the team shouldn't have to pay the babysitting tab for someone not fit psychologically to be an SEC QB.

disclaimer: IF, in fact, this is what Les is doing......

I actually think there is some thought to insulating JL with a 2 QB system. Helps shield him from the jitters.

why have we absolutely needed points?
As a result of inept QB play....

Imagine if we didnt absolutely need points, that shite would be mind blowing wouldnt it?

Most of you guys are just looking for a reason to complain anyway.

Ya'll have complained LOUDLY and endlessly since the Cap One Bowl.

We got about a 3-4 day repreive from it after we beat Florida.

Like benching Lee did? And I'm not so sure it would hurt the team, according to performance.

We lose the entire game, instead of just half of it.

Oh, I think we understand.

so, what is your take on the McNeese game and JJ's 4 net yards?

understand that the ENTIRE COUNTRY (even other coaches) are baffled by Les hindering his team by playing a person that is OBVIOUSLY not suited for the job while a successful person is on the sidelines.

After the McNeese game how can you honestly defend Jefferson now? Other games you could say the defense was great, play calls sucked, etc

But if you can only amass 4 YARDS on a 1-AA team you need to seriously consider taking yourself off the field as a favor for your teammates.

This has got to be the dumbest argument that gets passed around on here. If JJ produced average numbers, I would say his confidence might get shaken by being benched. He is the playing at the lowest level I have never seen from a college QB. He is honestly playing that bad and you are blind if you don't see it. I think he is better than this, but replacing him as the starter and making him watch from the sidelines might help him. I mean stand next to the coaches and watch, not go sit by himself next to a water cooler and imagine that no one likes him and he is really playing great, people just don't see it.

So now you are just criticizing the fanbase, but can't actually defend any of our critcisms of the way the qb situation has been handled? You just ignore them.

Don't you guys just love it when one individual wants everyone around them to change the way they do things just to appease that individual.

Do you think anything positive comes from endless whining and complaining?

I mean, you guys have bitched about everything related to LSU Football for damn near a year.

We're 7-0 and have a chance to make a statement this weekend and you guys are just going nutz about Miles naming JJ the starter.

So, your opinion about this board, which isn't owned by you, is that we shouldn't have any criticisms or discussions about our teams play because we are undefeated? We should just blindly follow?

will it take a loss at the hnads of JJ to convince you?

will it take hanging out a WR to endure a needless season/career-ending injury sustained to convince you?

JJ hurts this team when he is on the field as QB......doesn't take 30 years of coaching to see that. As this continues, JJ is being further villanized and I blame his fricking coach (who I actually like....that is why I am frustrated).

i would say if jefferson is benched for lee and has to come back in later because of injury or mishap he should be expected to handle it exactly like lee has and not sit over on the bench and pout about it if miles is worried about that then that tells me jefferson has no business playing for a big time program period.

20 year old kid with 20 starts for the Tigers. It's time to stop making excuses for the kid and sit his arse down.

Most Tigers fans will stroke out if the Tigers lose a game because of Jefferson's inability to lead the offense. It's not JJ's fault....it's the coaching staff. I'm sure Jefferson is trying his best....but his best ain't much.
