I just think we need an AD with a spine, that can hold him accountable for poor hitting. "It's not good enough. Find someone else, or we will find someone for you."

It’s not about whose worse, it’s about change and to keep moving up. CPM just looks like he is complacent and the fact he refuses to hire actual assistants says a lot. As good as Alan Dunn is supposed to be, he has not been really that impressive to me. I have seen several pitchers decline under his tutelage.
