After 11 years program going backwards. They can make errors every game they don’t have anyone better to put in. This is on the staff.

Ok…can’t defend her anymore. Beth is not getting it done. Terrible calls against them tonight but you cannot continually walk the lead off batter. She is supposed to be a pitching guru and every pitcher on the staff has gotten worse this year.

You're know there's an issue when Torina has to resort to putting in Morgan Smith to try to tie a softball game.

Not much to look forward to the rest of this year. But with only 1 senior in the lineup we can only hope the experience They get this year will make them better next year. And lets hope those signees coming in are as good as advertised. If Beth weathers the storm of course.

Because Calland and Cummins are not SEC caliber catchers and that is who we trot out each game.

For Torina the standard at LSU is above losing in the supers but want a coach that has been to 1 WCWS ever and hasn't advanced past the supers the last 6 seasons and the best of those 6 teams didn't advance to the regional final as the host team.

Morgan Smith………….what has she ever done to even have been recruited here. She can’t even beat out one of our pitchers

Not defending Lawson or saying she would be a first choice but Kentucky doesn't exactly have a big softball history, they work in subpar facilities and have never won a SEC title I don't believe. It has always been a bottom tier or middle of the pack SEC program.
Lawson is a good coach who has gotten the most out of that program given the limited resources it has. She has been brought up across a lot of different coaching searches over the years.

So, she's been there long enough to establish that. Myers did it at Auburn, Mike Smith at Ole Miss, Diefel at Arkansas.

Yup our pitcher recruiting hasn’t been good and I think it causes bad batting because their pressing. they know the pitchers Arnt gunna hold the other team.

Honestly, it is actually a shame what a lame job the LSU coaching staff has done developing Morgan Smith. She along with several others came in with an overabundance of talent that just needed actual coaching and clearly she did not get it. Hopefully she and the others not getting any opportunities to find their footing find greener pastures elsewhere because clearly they are not gonna get it while losing at LSU.

one of the main reasons they have no one to go to is because they NEVER given anyone else experience. The starters dont have to improve because they know that no matter what they will not be taken out. They can make error after error and have a sub-200 batting average and it wont matter. There seems to be no spirit of having to earn a spot around there. And, it is very difficult to come in and not make an error if you get a random opportunity once in a blue moon. They will never win anything with this mentality.

Seriously!! I heard that they are now unable to wear certain uniform combinations because they lost while wearing that. hahahahahaha
