Well, maybe this is why Sunseri didn’t pitch Washington, she is getting lit up by the worst team we play. Notre Dame should be an easy win

That seems to be a problem under Beth. With a staff like Walljasper and Hoover, we didnt win a title.

A coach has every right to create whatever culture and general personality of their team that they want. There just seems to be a distinct difference in the teams that went to the World Series every year and the last couple of years.
All these highly ranked recruiting classes are great but idk maybe its just me but they don't look like they are having much fun out there. The best LSU has ever looked was with teams that had big personalities and where out there having fun.

or the reality is some of these kids aren't the same caliber players as Landry, Jaquish, Bell, Simmons, Andrews, Hoover, Walljasper.

The core of this current team is still very young and has time and room to become names like those. But the point still stands even early in those great players careers they played the game hard and had a competitive edge to them.
My point is that obviously Beth can recruit highly ranked kids, it just seems like the personality and competitive fire of the players she is bringing in has changed.
