I have already stated my opinion on why Dawson should play. I have said she should be in the lineup.

I can somewhat understand Quinn but not Sanchez. Doyle should be starting at 3B even for pure defensive purposes. Springfield at 1B and Dawson at Dh. Serrett was fine all season until this last month where she has been really bad on the defensive end. She isn't as bad as it looks.

I have stated multiple times Dawson should Dh.

Personally we have major problems with our offensive philosophy that needs to be addressed. I believe Dawson should be at least hitting in the everyday lineup but Beth needs to hold Dobson accountable this offseason. Too many players are trending backwards and are just completely lost.

I'm not Mrs. Dawson. Once again another dropping that thinks they know everything. I'm stating facts not opinions. Even if I say it's my opinion it isn't. It's a fact.

Just because I just started posting doesn't mean I don't pay attention to what is going on with the girls. As far as Bell, Simmons and Kloss. They were great players. Not because of Beth. They were highly recruited and was give the opportunity to play and perform. Sanchez and Quinn were not highly recruited by top programs. It shows in their day to day play. They suck. The worst and at least at the bottom in the SEC for starters. Beth has much better talent than them on the bench. Once again you are another dropping on this board. You don't know everything. Serrett was not fine. You don't even know or don't care that she didn't participate in taking infield this week. It was Jaquish at shortstop. NOT Serrett and NOT Dawson. So quit acting like you know the heart beat of the team. 2nd is not the only position that Dawson can play. She was a highly recruited shortstop by other big time SEC programs. So once again quit acting like you know our lady tigers. You talk with all emotion and no facts. So get your facts straight before you shoot your mouth off. As far as Beth being fired. Your are wrong AGAIN. I don't' want Beth to be fired. She is a great coach for the pitchers and recruiting them. She just can't do anything else right. She coaches with emotion instead of logic, facts and the use stats. So Tigerbait357 if you can't bring a good conversation please just shut up. If you want to get into a stat debate bring it on. I will overwhelm you with stats and prove you wrong. So do your homework. Have a good day.

I understand and agree with the DP spot and the Sanchez thing. It cannot be explained.

My real question is do you know anything about this rumored Jaquish move to SS? Or, do you know who took the work at SS this week when Serrett didn't practice?

If Beth was really going to move Jaquish to SS and leave the back up that has been there all year on the bench then that would be a telling sign of a few things to me and help explain some of the bizarre decisions I've seen this year.

I have seen Doyle practice at SS as well. Doyle is a natural athlete on the infield. I don't believe they would move Jaquih to SS, the staff has made it CLEAR she is the only catcher for this year.

Jaquish is CAPABLE of playin SS but Beth wouldn't move her there. Idk where that came from.

Personally I wonder if we should just use Dawson at DP moving forward. I love Sprinfield and I think she will be a superstar for us in the future but her swing is holding her back. Its sad, I can see see she wants it badly but her loop swing is killing her

Softball101 with a total of 3 post is correct on this front. I was just told by someone that not only was Jaquish at SS this whole week but Sanchez was the other option!!! OMG

Now that's funny. I'm surprised Dawson didn't pack up and leave the State when she saw that.

There is no shot Dawson will be used. She is done for the year other than what we have seen throughout the year. At bat here, at bat there, pinch run.
