61 errors in one year...is that more errors than home runs hit? Somebody better get fired that is inexcusable.

There is an obvious problem with the coaching including these assistant coaches that have been with Beth forever , not moving on to head coaching jobs or any job promotions elsewhere .
That would open these positions to up and coming coaching talent. IMO that is one of the reasons why the program is stale.

Sunseri, in my opinion is the overrated player currently. Sunseri has gotten worse each year from her freshman year

I generally hate attacking players, but when many players are regressing that is a coaching problem.
I hold the coaches responsible, they get paid to recruit and develop the players.

There are a LOT of players who hit worse and worse every year under Dobson. I love Beth but at this point if she refuses to change something, anything then she has to go. Let her go be average somewhere else.

I agree that Briggs is the best player in the team. Coffey and Morgan Smith are promising with better coaching. Georgia Clark is good but could be better.
I think that Pleasants has great talent but I question sometimes her motivation to win and her softball IQ when batting in crucial situations and occasionally when fielding.
