Softball in comparison to other teams in contention for national seed (NS now gone)

I am a big fan of the softball team but the way they've played in the last 3 weeks they don't deserve to be a national seed. They look as lackluster as the baseball team lately.

I saw on Twitter where the Tigers we're "ready to fight" and we're imploring the Gators to "bring it on". Looks like they're doing just that. Still a lot of game left.

They better find out what's wrong and fast .. they will still host regional and depending on other Tournaments still a chance for top 8 seed. But last week and half have been dreadful

If LSU loses this game, the top 8 seed is completely out the window. LSU would have finished the season on a 5 game losing streak. Committee is going to take big notice of that and it will be factored in post season seeding.
The offense has been pitiful lately. Today, the pitching has been more than enough. Offense hasn't done anything and the defense handed Florida 2 runs (arguably 3 as Saintsfan pointed out)
