There is no internal drama or anything like that. The girls go to practice every day and work hard. They are a close group

I am just saying when the offense is completely struggling from 1-9 in the lineup that screams coaching moreso than individual players straight up not performing. That said we should not be dealing with these major collapses every year at the plate. Its one thing to go cold for a weekend or even two but this is going on close to a month. As another poster said, our top hitters BA and production significant fell a lot in just a month.

Amanda Sanchez especially is the most puzzling, I have never seen her in such a funk before. Even back to her Missouri days she never got that cold. She isn't even hitting the ball hard anymore and she is a great hitter.

Torina doesn't deal with the hitting, she leaves that to Dobson and Leftwich.

Lets hope they can get hot next week when post season begins. They always seem to do it. Its just been really ugly the last month. It sure would have been nice to have hosted a super regional at tiger park or get a win or two for momentum before they hit regionals. They had it in the bag until the last 3 weeks happened. They really need to regroup badly right now.
