So, there's no chance that a 14 yr old girl might have been intimidated by a senior football player and his best friend?
We already know the guy is a bully, as evidenced by him suckerpunching a kid leaving Reggie's. He has a history of making poor decisions.

And was consensual.
He wasn't charged with rape which would be in the case of non-consensual acts.
He was charged with knowing she was 14 and still consenting to get a blow job from her. (carnal knowledge of a juvenile)

In all honesty, this is the first I've heard of this. You certainly don't hear the "white trash guy" calling him a n***** in this clip. Hell, he didn't even see Jeremy Hill run up on his left. (scroll halfway down the page for the link:)

The altercation started in the bar. The guy got into shite with Hill's friends and is known to be one of those tigerland douche bags that always starts shite.
There were a lot of people on here that knew him/of him and there were even some testimonials from people who were there. The guy was belligerent and starting shite with a lot of people.
This is pointless to argue, so I'm done, but if you want to really mine through some threads, there are some about the guy he hit and what happened prior to the video.

No I'm sure Hill, who I saw out at LSU countless times with no incidents, chose to randomly sucker punch some poor innocent student.
The guy was clearly in a verbal altercation with others, and while Hill still shouldn't have escalated verbal violence into physical violence no matter what the guy was saying, it was hardly as black and white as you're making it out to be.
