You want the program to go ghetto? Fine. Then expect a negative effect on your recruiting. You might get the ghetto folks alright but your head coach will soon be struggling to keep key starters out of jail.
A whole lot of stupidity right here.

I didn't see anything racist in what he said, just wrong
I would say that anybody suggesting that CEH has done something harmful to himself, the football program, calling him ghetto, etc. is doing so because they are black and that's just "what black people do." They are racist, simply put.
The ONLY thing you can argue that CEH did wrong was not be extra cautious when selling something to somebody he didn't know. He could have met the guy at a more secure location, but I would bet he tried and the guy gave an excuse of he had no way of getting there.....you know, because that would screw up his plans to rob someone. To call someone ghetto, and all of the above things, because he sold a PS4 is about as ignorant as it gets.

Im not gonna say CEH is stupid... BUT he put himself in a bad spot IMO.......
CEH did put himself in a bad spot.
Rule #1 should ALWAYS be: Don't go to someone's house/neighborhood for a cash transaction in any sale. Meet in a public place.

Why in the frick does this keep coming up? What is wrong with any citizen, much less a college student, selling a fricking PlayStation that they no longer need??? Why in the frick are you demonizing a kid for selling something when every middle aged housewife is selling shite on Facebook?
Get over yourself
It is absolutely incredible the mental gymnastics people are doing here. Good God.
Literally millions of people sell shite on things like craigslist, Facebook Market Place, LetGo, etc.
Old people, middle aged people, young people. Black people, white people, Hispanics, Asians.
He did absolutely nothing wrong or "ghetto".
The only dumb thing he did was not meet the buyer at a more neutral or safe place like a police station or something safer.
Whenever I buy or sell something I do the transaction at the Bucees by my house because there are always people there and lots of traffic.

People are acting like they were dealing drugs.

I think it's probably a case of the guy telling Clyde that he didn't have a ride and that they would have to goto him.

Lots of TD posters have led very sheltered lives. They think for something to go wrong it has to be self induced

They also believe that crimes are only committed in bad neighborhoods.
I am from a small town. It has it's problem areas, like most places, but isn't a place where you aren't safe 99% of the time. In the past few years, right off the top of my head, I can recall a robbery/car jacking that happened outside of a grocery store, a robbery outside of another grocery store, a robbery outside of a restaurant. None of these occurred in a "bad" area, and could have happened to any single person.

The chances increase dramatically in bad neighborhoods

Not if you can get them to speak. Getting them to speak adds a half second to the average person's reaction time.
I’m not sure what you’re even trying to say here, but if you’re trying to say that if someone pulls a gun on me that I should get them to talk and hopefully delay them in any way as a defense then that’s probably the dumbest thing I’ve heard. Still wouldn’t allow you enough time to draw point and shoot to defense yourself before they fire on you first.

Pretty clear which one Clyde is. And which one you are.
Again, don’t really know what you’re trying to say here. Unless it’s the fact that no, I cannot draw point and shoot faster than someone who has already begun to do so on me, very few people in the world can

The people that comply are smart, as is Clyde, pretty cleat you have never had to look down the barrel of a gun.

That's fine... But WHY was he even there in the 1st place???????????????
OK,,, Why was he trying to sell a play station............
What do you do with an old PS4 if you just recieved a brand spankin new one for free?
Would you not try and sell it?
Cmon man use your brain. There are screwed up people in the world. Had the person he was selling it to been normal this situation wouldnt have occured.

Since we can’t make threads about CEH and I’m not reading through 43 pages of this thread, will CEH be able to play in the bowl game?
Posted on 12/23/18 at 3:47 pm to 225Tyga
No reason he wouldn’t be able to.
Posted on 12/23/18 at 3:47 pm to 225Tyga
There has been no word either way.
I don't see why he wouldn't be able to play. Doesn't seem to be in legal trouble. He may have emotional reasons that keep him out. Guess it just depends on him, and if they are going to do any more of an investigation.
